"I’d like to thank Reuben for his help over the last 12 months.
I always seemed to be having problems with my laptop, whether it was the slow speed, not connecting to other wireless devices or applications just not running the way that they should.
I took out a maintenance agreement with Reuben for a nominal monthly fee and which gave me unlimited live support. I think Reuben lost out on that one though as in the first month alone, based on other pay as you go support services, I probably used a year’s worth of value in the first month.
Within a few months though, all the problems had been resolved apart from the slow speed. Reuben recommended that I upgrade my hard drive to a solid state one which was not only more robust but would give me instant access to all my files. I did this a couple of months ago and the laptop is working great now, even for me who likes everything done yesterday.
What Reuben (and Leif) don’t know, probably isn’t worth knowing, if you’re having any problems with your IT, I’d have no hesitation in recommending them."
